Michael has in excess of 25 years of experience in financial management, analysis and business development across a wide range of sectors. His expertise includes financial advisory, tax structuring, risk management and compliance. Michael has clients Australia wide and is solutions focused.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business, is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having held a certificate of Public Practice since 1991, and is also an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited. He currently sits on the Board of Morris Finance Ltd, an unlisted public company, in addition to doing pro bono work for various Victorian based not for profit organisations.

Mick Catanzariti is a CPA qualified Accountant and a founding Partner at Ascot Partners. He has extensive experience in dealing with individual taxation issues right through to complex mutli transactional issues.
Mick specialises in taxation , business consulting , structuring and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. He has a range of clients in various industries, including Real Estate Agencies, Construction, Retail & Financial Services.
Nicholas Emini
Nicholas is a qualified financial adviser with over 10 years in the financial services industry. He has worked with some of the countries largest financial institutions namely ANZ, CBA & St George. His experience extends from individual through to large institutional clients, while also working with some of the countries wealthiest individuals and families.
After a successful career holding numerous senior positions, Nicholas became a founding partner of ASCOT Partners to assist in the development of the financial planning practice – ASCOT financial. Financial planning has always been his passion and he enjoys using his skills and experience to help clients achieve their financial goals at all stages of their life cycle. He strongly believes that great value can be gained for clients by using a structured planning process with regular and ongoing reviews.
